on jan.09, nearly 150 staff and managers of jiejing group got together in the r&d academic exchange hall and attended the first happy meeting after one month’s commissioning of accumulating marks management .

the topic is “happy mood and happy work”. at 8:30 a.m., the staff came to the meeting room in their working units. at the request of presenters, they had an excises for relaxing. the song of in peace started the activity. then the staff sang and danced giving many excellent performances and brought round after round of applause.

in the performances, the list of top 10 winging staff and managers in the first month was announced. they all received a big red packet from company leaders and then had photos for record.

at the end of activity, ceo lin chengbin enjoyed his mood and address with us, our people hugged and greeted to each other. listening to the moving songs of dream-seeker and be grateful, we feel we’ve been back to that familiar and stranger heart.
