on feb.18,rizhao government issued the notice publishing the list of key growing industrial enterprises and key industrial projects in the purpose offocusing on 21 leading enterprises, 28 backbone enterprises, 15 growing enterprises, 16 characteristic enterprises, 10 innovative enterprises and 10 electronic information enterprises. our company is one of the 21 leading enterprises.

the key growing industrial enterprises and key industrial projects are recommended by the municipal bureau of industry and information technology, together with the districts and counties, according to the principle of "dynamic management", considering the scale of enterprises, economic benefits, industry advantages, social and tax contributions, development prospects, research and development ability and other factors, confirmed by municipal party committee, municipal government.

referring the implementation of awards and compensations for key projects, the notice requires that the 100 key industrial enterprises will be given 3% subsidy when put into production according to the equipment machinery input (based on the equipment purchase vat invoice) if the company carries out the technical transformation projects for more than 10 million yuan, max. 3 million yuan for one company.

enterprises are encouraged to carry out the "machine replacement" project. enterprises that meet the requirements of purchasing robots and intelligent manufacturing systems shall be rewarded 5% based on the equipments amount, max. 2 million yuan for a single enterprise; for high-risk key positions using special robots, reworded 10% based on the

equipments amount, max. 3 million yuan for a single enterprise; enterprises that carry out information application with the total investment more than 1 million yuan will be rewarded 10% base on software invest amount of the year, max. 300,000 yuan.
