since may 29, 2012, jiejing group has formulated the management system of master and apprentice. during the past ten years, 1,135 pairs of master and apprentice agreement have been signed, and a total of 366 pairs of outstanding masters and apprentices have been selected. 193,200 yuan has been awarded to outstanding masters and apprentices.
