yang hongfu, director of rizhao science and technology bureau, led a jiejing team to qingdao marine food nutrition and health innovation research institute, the institute of oceanology of the chinese academy of sciences and china ocean university on march 29th,2021. this trip aimed to connect with scientific and technological cooperation, and conduct research and discussion on marine biology and breeding, biological materials and biochemical products, marine engineering equipment, marine aquatic products and food research and development, and talent training. shen jian, dean of jiejing health business department, and zhang liangjin, director of corporate development department, joined the team.

director yang first led team to visit the qingdao marine food nutrition and health innovation research institute, and communicated with professor xue changhu, an expert in the "taishan scholar climbing program" post of ocean university of china, a doctoral supervisor, and the dean of the food science and engineering. under the guidance and help of rizhao municipal science and technology bureau, our company will carry out in-depth cooperation on the construction of a joint innovation center, application of seaweed active substances in marine health food, and the research and development of seaweed bio-organic fertilizers.

in the afternoon, director yang led team to visit the institute of oceanology chinese academy of sciences. li chaolun, director of the institute of oceanology, introduced the development history of the institute,three recent research directions and seven major industrial clusters. yang hongfu pointed out that the cooperation between the institut and rizhao city has a long history. qingdao occupies 60%-70% of the national marine research resources. we hope that strengthened cooperation between the institutes and rizhao enterprises can help provide new technical support for the industrial development of rizhao sea-related enterprises, represented by jiejing group, and new research directions for the field of marine biology at the same time.
