on february the 2nd, 9:00 a.m., 2015 annual summary and reward meeting was convoked in exhibition hall. the meeting was held to summarize the work of 2015, to reward the ceo technology innovation special award and worker’s economic &technological innovation award, and make plan for 2016. company leadership, heads of departments and offices, vice monitors and above leaders from workshops attended this meeting.
vice president chi introduced the purpose and agenda of the meeting briefly. company party committee member, director of administration dept., liu xiangling announced the awards for the projects of ceo technology innovation and worker’s economic & technological innovation. the wining units personnel accepted the banners in the sound of happy music.
then the director of pga workshop, li youxi, represented the ceo technology innovation special award unit, and the director of machine repair workshop, ding yuanfu, representative of workers technological innovation award unit, made speeches separately. they said that the wining of honor embodied strong collective effort, and they will keep up the efforts, to better carry out the innovation spirit and to make a greater contribution in company’s technical transformation and technique innovation in the new year.
the directors of related departments and offices and workshops addressed successively. they concluded their works in 2015 and proposed their new goals in year of 2016.
ceo lin chengbin made a speech at the meeting. he firstly congratulated to the winners of awards. he said the year of 2015 is the most difficult year in jiejing’s history facing with all challenges and pressure. but with the correct leaders of board of directors and party committee, all of our workers tried to work with gathered strength and we have achieved our important goals in the year of reform achievement, successively approved two national level technology innovative platforms of national identified technology center and post-doctoral research center.
lin pointed out that year of 2016 will continue the serious situation by the analysis of comprehensive factors. he requested all departments, workshops and all the workers to be more assertive and step forward with difficulties both in thought and action, and to implement the objectives and tasks strictly according to company’s guidelines and overall deployment.
lin proposed several key works which need to try great efforts combined with practice. one is to grasp the implementation greatly. person in charge at all levels should play a good lead role. second is to actually enhance our research ability. he emphasized that the research and development work have respect to enterprise’s core competitive ability and sustained development. we should take advantage of national and provincial technique innovative platforms and play the fully roles of technological center, to make a whole year research plan according to our actual need and implement them according to the plan, and we must achieve tangible effect by enhancing the performance evaluation. we should enrich our r&d strength upon the task of each research group. the third is to steadily promote the production of seaweed concentrated powder terminal product and the performance of new triple. lin said we should combine closely the actual situation and exploit internal potential, thus to complete our task of de-capacity, de-stocking, cost-reduction and fill short board, to promote the production of terminal product of seaweed concentrated powder(fucoidan) and to start the new triple projects construction on marine biological activity products of fucoxanthin, brown algae polyphenol and polysaccharide. lin emphasized that new year new start, challenges and opportunities coexist, all staff should build consensus and unite as one, to do our work well in the new year.
chairman and secretary of party committee, lin hefeng also made an important address at the meeting. he analyzed the domestic and foreign economic situation and the difficulties we faced objectively, and pointed out that we keep the idea of people-oriented to guarantee our income. he also said that we should do well with our new triple products as the first project in domestic and to make a real contribution to science and technological research. lin asked new people should pay attention to the practice learning and to improve continuously business ability. he emphasized that we should promote our whole work to reach a new stage, and to realize our dream by “ doing two jobs at once and attaching equal importance to each”.
vice president chi made a brief summary of the meeting. he asked all participants to convey the meeting spirit and emphasized to grasp safety production and off duty work during spring festival holiday, assuring all the staff to have a safe and peace festival.
