on march 30 and 31, ceo lin chengbin called and conducted sales and quality meeting successively, to carry out discussions on how to improve our quality and to ge more sales followed the good start in the first quarter, to ensure the fulfillment of our whole year’s agreed target.
the directors of international business department and domestic business department and other salesperson summed up their development work in marketing, their recent orders and targets, especially of the customers’ situation and their feedback problems. the representative of workers in main production process, management and technical personnel mainly talked about the intermediate control, the process procedure and spot management etc. chief engineer office, qc department and research department talked about their comments and ideas combining their actual works, and gave out their opinions and advices. the two meetings totally took more than 3 hours and reached the agreement with clear target.
lin also made his request in the meeting. he encouraged us to enhance the initiative and cooperation in our works, thus to fulfill our task with high efficiency. he made a special note that we must pay more attention to customers’ request and to ensure our products quality, even though there’s a good sales situation. to ensuring quality product at any time will win the long-term trust of our customers.
