in june 3th, the skills competition of forklift and electrician has been successfully held as the curtain of the award ceremony fallen. the skills competition of forklift and electrician was held aim to meet the needs of development of the enterprise, promote the training of jiejing’s skilled workers, advance the building of company’s skilled workers’ reserve, lead all stuff to study while devoting ourselves to our position.
the competition which included theoretical examination and practical operating skills, held and accomplished in may 13th, 14th and 28th. the competition was fulfilled by the cooperation of every department, plants and every worker’s active participation. under the strict fair righteous judgment, zhan renzhu from the forklift group and wang zhengfei from electrician group won the first places. during the competition, every competitor keened for the best, fought hard, never yelled. fully expressed the jiejing’s spirit: dare to be pioneering, dare to compete. expert skills and profession respecting of the competitors showed their high mixed-ability and spirit of trying to be the best.
at the award ceremony, zhan renzhu and wang zhengfei made their speeches as outstanding competitors. “ since became part of our company, i haven’t made any achievement that could be displayed, i just tried my best to do my job with a thankful heart, treated every details from work seriously like doing my housework”, said zhan renzhu. “ i took every frustration as the opportunity of progress.” that’s wang zhengfei’s challenges declaration of work. face frustration, conquer frustration, then we develop.
