june 7 to 9, the china quality certification center (cqc) (shandong) audit group made re-verified audit for our company’s gb/t22000-2006/iso22000:2005 food safety management system, and annual surveillance audit for gb/t19001-2008/iso9001:2008 quality management system and gb/t24001-2004/iso14001:2004 environment management system. the audit group made a evaluation for our company’s management systems: the management systems which been built on the basis of quality, environment and food safety management system standards by audited company still conformed to the requirements of audit criteria, be operated continuously and effectively, the food safety management system passed the re-verified audit, approved to renew the ems certificate, and the quality and environment management systems passed the annual surveillance audit, approved to continue using the qms and ems certificate.
entrusted by president lin chengbin, company’s executive vice president, management representative, head of food safety group chi lingdong and other leaders of the company welcomed the audit group passionately. department heads of company’s management systems’ operation attended the audit welcome meeting and summary meeting. the audit group made meticulous audit to those operating departments of quality, environment, food safety management systems as planned. on basis of quality, environment, food safety management system standards, combining national relevant laws and regulations and rules of company’s management system files, the audit group made face-to-face communications, records and verification to operating situation of our company’s management systems. as been audited, the audit group fully affirmed the operating situation of our company’s quality, environment, food safety systems, meanwhile, pointed out two common non-conformance terms.
at the summary meeting, company’s executive vice president chi lingdong thanked the hard work and valuable suggestions of the audit group, representing president lin and the company. pointed that the re-verified audit and surveillance audit were just sampling inspections, there were more potential questions than those been found, wish all staff have the right attitude and conscious version about it.
