on the opening ceremony, former minister of foreign affairs of china, honorary president of the chinese people’s institute of foreign affairs li zhaoxing, deputy director of the state oceanic administration, the leading group for the construction of the east asia marine cooperation platform chen lianzeng, vice governor of the people’s government of shandong province, east asia marine cooperation platform construction work leading group leader zhao runtian and deputy secretary of qingdao municipal committee, mayor zhang xinqi made they speeches separately. after the opening ceremony, all leaders above visited the exhibition hall together.
