at the start of the meeting, executive vice president of my company, security director chi lingdong welcomed the deputy director zheng, districts and counties safety bureau leadership and  enterprise safety work colleagues.

next, the security minister liu qiang detailed reported to the participants on the achievements of our company that had achieved in a construction of dual prevention system. based on actual business, minister liu detailed introduced the implementation on management and control system of operational risk and investigation and management system of hidden danger. meanwhile, he also exchanged the problems and shared perception and experience about the construction of dual system. zhang ming, the chief of work safety in lanshan district, explained the hazard identification, rating assessment of risk, and the method and application of the investigation and management of risks. in the end, leaders from city and district office, stressed on the construction of "double prevention" system and made related requirements. deputy director zheng pointed out that, in order to prevent the accident from a fundamental and build a long-safety production, departments at all levels of central and local government had issued a document to urge enterprises to accelerate the construction of double-prevention system of the rating control of risk and investigation and management of accidents. it fully demonstrated the importance and necessity of the construction of "double prevention”. jiejing group, as the business models of the double system in the hazardous chemicals enterprise of rizhao, its construction of double prevention system had been the forefront of the city even the province, hoping that every safety supervision departments and enterprises seriously study jiejing group's experience and practice, based on their own reality, fully participation, to carry on the work, and promote the city's safety work of production to a new level. after the meeting, accompanied by the company's vice president chi, participants visited the cultural hall of jie jing.
