on nov.26, our company held the initial meeting for the implementation of cumulated score system management in 3rd floor meeting room of shenzhen road plant. total more than 150 people of company’s leading group members, personnel of each department and office and directors of each workshop attended the meeting. executive vice president chi lingdong took the chair.
company’s secretary of party committee, chairman lin hefeng spoke at the meeting. he pointed out that humanization and institutionalization are the fundamental of enterprise management. we must adhere to the principle of people-centered and banded company’s planning, employees’ works and their values and salaries well with a perfect system. he emphasized that jiejing group has nearly half a century of development and has formed our enterprise culture and management system with our own characteristics. we need to improve our management to a new level with the cumulated score system management.
mr.lin said, the current performance evaluation for the management of the logistics departments and staff is not reasonable and it mainly reflected in that the personnel had lack understand for their job responsibilities. there’s unclearness in the interconnection of each task. in order to improve the system, our company decided to implement the cumulated score system firstly in logistic departments after careful study. all levels of associates should act in accordance with thoughts and try to make the implementation of cumulated score system as an important turning point to improve our management level and help to push our whole work to open new prospects.
the director of human resource office made a brief introduction for the cumulated score system management system.
